Platinum provides promotional products, giveaways, and corporate gift solutions for businesses and advertising agencies.

Sample Orders

Sample products are available for evaluation before placing a bulk order.

• Sample fees may apply depending on the product.
• Shipping fees for samples are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Sample availability is subject to stock levels.

Returns

Samples may only be returned if:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the sample.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are non-refundable once order processing has started and quantities have been confirmed by the client.
